Glam Furniture, LLC specializes in mirrored furniture as well as Italian and French Reproduction furniture.
Following a passion to deliver products that will become heirlooms and reflect a buyer's individual style, Kelly Wells established Glam Furniture in 2004. Originating in the upstairs of a small Tea Room, Glam Furniture, LLC expanded to a showroom located at 315 North Jefferson Street in the heart of downtown Huntsville, Alabama. After local success, Glam Furniture, LLC expanded to the internet market with the addition of an online store as well as a distribution warehouse in Roanoke, Virginia. Glam Furniture, LLC has grown to be the third largest Mirrored Furniture Dealer in the US.
A mother of twins, Kelly understands the needs of busy working moms. Balancing a career and family life has always been essential to Kelly. Glam Furniture, LLC has allowed her the freedom to be her own boss. Graduating from Auburn Univeristy in 1989 with a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Kelly worked 14 years in the corporate world. Her experience includes 5 years in Contract Management with Boeing Aerospace, 5 years in Sub Contract Management with Adtran, Inc. and 4 years as a Sr. Program Manager with Benchmark Electronics. Kelly proudly serves on the Board of Trustees at Holmes Street United Methodist Church in Huntsville, Alabama. Her enthusiasm for discovering new adventures is ongoing.
Kelly's most memorable clients include: Russian Princess Marina Wolkonsky and her husband Francesco Galesi (Forbes 400 List). There seems to be a disconnect in today's internet marketing that deals with the search engine monopoly over both pay-per-click and paid search results stacking. It promises web owners/entrepreneurs the proverbial "ever growing money tree". Yet those who consistently try to abuse the principles of web page content optimization rules, in an effort to confound or to take advantage of newly minted search engine company algorithms, tend to find that it is really just a tricky Money trap.
LOCAL SEARCH MARKETING
Local search has come to fruition and will continue strong regional growth to take between 40-70% of the search market pie, depending on the aggressiveness of the particular engine's sales team and the popularity of a given keyword search term.
Ex: There is very strong competition for the "USED CAR" search words vs little or no
interest in "BICYCLE SHOPS". The market will bear a great deal of shaking out in the local pushes being propagated by Google, Yahoo, ASK, Microsoft MSN, along with the other giants that are creating more applications, more software, and more need ?? for all the gadgets, widgets, and toys we so love to buy.
